Chair | Director

Certified Behaviourist & Trainer. Denise is the Director of Mighty Dog Graphics since 2015, Co-Director of the UK Dog Charter and 'Puppy Power- Training & Behaviour'. She also holds distinctions in Canine Bereavement support and Assistance dog training. Professional member of PPGBI, and the DWA. She has been heavily involved with The Irish Dogs for the Disabled for over a decade working as a behaviour advisor, providing puppy classes to socialisers, pilot training programs, a socialiser and fundraiser. Her background was in film, animation, and stage and enjoys combining her love of dogs with her past and present work having had a few of the assistance dogs she worked with on stage and on camera. She currently illustrates books, logos and infographics for others in the field along with providing bereavement support and behaviour advice in 1-2-1 online sessions.

Membership Secretary

Freya V. Locke is the owner of Locke’s Dogs – Behaviourist & Trainer and the online Fun Not Fear® Club. She was also gifted the non-profit organisation The Dog Welfare Alliance by its founder Lisa Tenzin-Dolma.

She is currently writing her first book “The Fun Not Fear®Club” due for release on 30th November on Kindle and as an Amazon Paperback.

Currently Freya is studying for her second Level 6 Dog Behaviour Qualification, and has numerous qualifications in Behaviour, Training, Nutrition and all things dog.

She is a behaviourist with INTODogs, a KAD – Kids Around Dogs Trainer, and a Trainer member of the Pet Professional Guild. She also has a keen interest in holistic pursuits and is a practitioner member of The Complementary Medical Association.

Mark Bridger-Pescott is the owner of Bone Canis (, a team of friendly and qualified canine-professionals based in West Sussex. His on-staff trainers and behaviourists are a modern, force-free team that uses science-backed methods. Mark holds a degree-level qualification in canine behaviour from Animal Jobs Direct. He has an extensive, multi-faceted background in working with dogs that spans over 30 years. He has worked with variety of rescues in the local area, and his main aim is to help people and their dogs with one-on-one behavioural sessions, using a professional, force-free, kind and safe approach of behavioural modification. He has helped 1000’s of dogs and people to learn to live in harmony. His training company has more than 250 Five-Star Reviews.

June Pennell is a practising canine behaviourist running her own business ‘Dog Only Knows’ in Wiltshire and Hampshire. June is an INTODogs Certified Canine Behaviourist and Certified Dog Trainer, and a professional member of the Pet Professional Guild. June uses only positive reinforcement methods and is a strong believer that both handlers and dogs should have fun during training and behaviour modification! June works closely with her local vets and several local and national dog rescues. June is also co-founder of the canine education provider Your Teach Intelligent Canine Companions (u-TICC).
